Organization and community membership

Legally competent companies, associations or other organizations can join as a organization or community member of Association of Project Professionals. Associations, public entities, organizations, etc., that engage in activities of general interest, are classified as non-profit members. Member organizations and associations may nominate people to their membership quota in accordance with the quota of each membership category. Quota members enjoy the same membership benefits as individual members. Our memberships are based on annual fees, which are always per calendar year. With the exception of community membership, the membership fee for other categories includes one free ticket to our largest event, Project days.

Quotas and fees for organisation members

Organisation member: quota of 70 persons. Annual fee is 3 200 € + VAT 25,5%
Group member: quota of 25 persons. Annual fee is 2 150 € + VAT 25,5%
Team member: quota of six (6) persons. Annual fee is 1 070 € + VAT 25,5%
Small group member: quota of two (2) persons. Annual fee is 750 € + VAT 25,5%

Gigamember: quota of 400 persons. Annual fee is 16 000 € + VAT 25,5%
Megamember: quota of 200 persons. Annual fee is 8 500 € + VAT 25,5%

Additional members can be added to every category with an annual extra fee of 55 € + VAT 25,5%.

Non-profit organisations

We offer a special membership for associations, public corporations and other non-profit organisations. The annual fee for non-profit organisation members is the number of members in quota x membership fee of an individual membership (70 € + VAT 25,5%). Minimum quota is four (4) persons. Non-profit organisation can also join with Organisation and Community Memberships but not as a Small group member.
