Activities

Association of Project Professionals Finland offers plenty of activities to its members. We have annually numerous theme events, webinars and seminars, mainly in Finnish but occasionally in English too. We are the biggest association of project professionals in Finland so you will be joining a large network of skilled and able people. We also work closely with universities and other education bodies and we are part of international project association network.

Lots of Activities

Event Calendar is the place to find all our upcoming events and meetings. We are networking project professionals in numerous events year around. Most of these are free and open to anyone interested. Topics come from our members. Mainly our events are in Finnish but occasionally in English too. Further information in Event Calendar.

Theme Groups or Special Interest Groups are our subgroups that focuses on a specific project related topic. These are excellent platforms for exchanging ideas and benchmark.

Currently we have no group operating in English, but if you like to create a new Theme Group, please contact our project manager Jouko Kaaja (jouko.kaaja(a)pry.fi).

Local activities a.k.a PM Clubs gather together local project professionals. We have strong partnerships with local operators working with us too. At the moment we have activities in capital, Jyväskylä, Tampere, Turku and Oulu area. If you are interested in starting your own local activities, please contact project manager Jouko Kaaja (jouko.kaaja(a)pry.fi).

Young Crew is a network for young project professionals under the age of 35. It is an excellent channel to influence, gain experiences and learn from other professionals.

Projektipäivät or "Project Days" is a 2-day annual seminar hosted by Association of Project Professionals Finland. It has nearly 1 000 participants every year and is the largest project professional seminar in Nordic countries. Come and get your dose of latest news and trends in project management! We have at least one full track in English every year and often one or two keynotes too. You will also network with other project people. Come and join us!

International community We are part of international project community and are members of International Project Management Association, IPMA®, and Nordic Nordnet network.
