Completion of the certificate does not require participation in training or coaching or membership of the Association of Project Professionals.

Certification system for four domains
Whether you are just starting out in your career or have decades of experience in project management. You’re sure to find the certification that’s right for your career path. You can choose from four different professional areas depending on your experience: project management, programme management, portfolio management and agile management.
Certificates are available at four levels (Level A, B, C and D). The level to be achieved is determined by your experience. The lowest level of certification, Level D, can be completed by someone with no or little experience in project management. Knowledge alone is sufficient. The highest level, Level A, requires several years of experience and evidence of managing highly demanding and strategic projects. The other certificates fall somewhere in between.

Certificates for consultants and trainers
For consultants and trainers, we offer our own certificate: the IPMA CCT certificate.
The IPMA CCT certification has three different levels: C, B and A. The level is determined by the experience and expertise of the candidate in consulting, coaching or training. Take a closer look at the options listed below and find your level of certification!

Training to prepare for certification
By choosing IPMA-registered training, you can be sure of the quality of the training and at the same time prepare yourself for IPMA certification.
IPMA REG-registered organisations are certification partners of the PRY, which means that you can buy training and IPMA certification on a “one-stop-shop” basis. PRY is responsible for IPMA certification and certification is carried out by IPMA-approved assessors. PRY recommends REG-registered courses and training programmes for project professionals preparing for IPMA certification.
